When and where is the festival held?
Reminisce Festival takes place annually at Sherdley Park, St Helens. The next event is scheduled for Saturday, 6th September 2025.
What are the festival opening times?
Gates open at 12:00 PM, and the event concludes at 11:00 PM.
Is there an age restriction for attendees?
Yes, the festival is strictly for individuals aged 18 and over. Valid ID is required for entry.
What should I do if I feel ill?
If you feel ill during the festival, approach the nearest steward. A First Aider will be called to assist you. A dedicated First Aid area and isolation tent are available.
When is last entry?
Last entry into the festival is strictly 7:00 PM.
What age do you need to be to attend Reminisce Festival?
The festival is 18+ only. A strict Challenge 25 policy is in place. All attendees must bring valid photo ID.
Do I need to bring ID?
Yes. Everyone must bring a valid form of photo ID. Accepted IDs include: - Photographic driver’s license or provisional license - Valid passport - PASS hologram card - Armed Forces Photo ID Card - National photo ID card - ValidateUK card - Citizen’s Photo ID card Secure lockers are available on-site.
What if I don't have valid photo ID?
If you appear over 25, an out-of-date passport or driving license may be accepted at the Entry Manager’s discretion. Admission may still be refused.
What's the dress code?
No tracksuits. No offensive clothing. Jeans and trainers are acceptable. No football or sports team shirts. No novelty or eye-covering masks.
Are there any Covid-19 restrictions?
At present, COVID-19 has no effect on the event’s operation or attendance.
Can I leave the festival site and then come back?
No re-entry is permitted.
It's my 18th birthday on the day of Reminisce. Can I attend?
Yes. Bring valid ID showing that you are 18.
Can I leave my stuff somewhere? Is there a cloakroom or lockers?
Yes. A cloakroom is available near the entrance on a first-come, first-served basis. Charges apply.
Where can I charge my phone?
There is no on-site phone charging. Power banks are available for rental.
What Can I Bring?
What items are prohibited at the festival?
Prohibited items include: - Illegal substances - Weapons - Glass containers - Large umbrellas - Professional cameras
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
No, outside food and beverages are not permitted. A variety of food and drink options are available inside the festival grounds.
Can I wear a mask at the festival?
Medical masks and infection-control masks are allowed. Novelty or eye-covering masks are prohibited.
Can I bring a camping chair?
You may bring one, but it is not advised. Larger items will delay your entry due to enhanced searches.
Can I bring a suitcase?
Large bags are discouraged. All bags are searched, and bigger bags take longer to process.
Can I bring glass or mirrors?
No glass is allowed. This includes perfume bottles, foundation bottles, vape bottles, aftershave, and mirrors. These items will be confiscated.
Vip
Are there VIP tickets available?
Yes, VIP tickets offer additional benefits such as exclusive areas and amenities.
What do you get with a VIP ticket?
VIP tickets include fast-track entry, access to the VIP marquee, VIP-only toilets, and a VIP-only bar.
Can I upgrade to VIP on the day?
No. VIP capacity is limited and will sell out quickly.
Tickets
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable, as stated in the terms and conditions at the time of purchase.
When will I receive my ticket?
Tickets will be posted a few weeks before the festival and may arrive up to a week before the event. E-tickets should be available immediately. Contact your ticket agent if you have concerns.
What happens if the event is rescheduled?
If the event is rescheduled, all affected ticket purchases will be rolled over to the new festival date.

I have been told to collect my tickets on the day?
A box office is available as a last resort. Do not rely on Wi-Fi. Download or print tickets before arriving.
Can I use an e-ticket or download it to my phone?
Yes, but if you cannot download or display it on the event day, you cannot enter. Download your ticket in advance.
What happens if one of my deposit scheme payments declines?
Contact Ticket Quarter to update payment details. Your ticket will not be posted until the full amount is paid.
Transport, Parking Etc
Is there parking available at the festival?
There is no public parking available on-site. It is recommended to use public transport or arrange drop-offs where possible.
What is the best way to get to the festival?
Public transport options include trains and buses to St Helens, followed by a short walk to Sherdley Park.
